After a week and a half of no communication from the Dot, I called Broyles HVAC. In one day, had part and fixed system at a third of the Dot's estimate. Our AC unit completely stopped working during this heatwave due to the chronic power surge that fried our comptmressor!!   We reached out to Mike and he responded immediately, as always. Mike is always highly professional and honest. He clearly explained the issue and laid out all the options.  They finished the repair quickly and even left my house spotless. It is rare to find an HVAC company with such integrity. They remain our first call for all future heating and cooling needs!" We recently had the pleasure of working with Broyles HVACR for our HVAC needs and we couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we called to schedule an appointment, on a Saturday, they were great! Mike arrived right on time and was exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues with our system and walked us through the repair process. Our A/C quit late in the evening just as the July 4th holiday weekend was starting, with 100 degree+ temps expected and we were scheduled to host a large party the following evening. I frantically looked for someone who could help. I texted Broyles around midnight and they replied within 5 minutes (even at that overnight hour) and offered to work us into their schedule the next morning.
